Today, we have published our 2023 Northern Europe Citizenship Report – a report which reflects on the activities and initiatives delivered against our Citizenship priorities across the last 12 months.

Comprised of Community Impact, Equality & Inclusion (E&I) and Environmental Sustainability, our Citizenship priorities shape our deliberate approach to business each and every day; one within which we prioritise being a Force for Growth, so that we can continue to be a Force for Good within society. These are underpinned by a focus on Ethics & Corporate Responsibility. That means doing the right thing and being a good corporate citizen; operating our business in accordance with our Purpose, Values and Principles. We prioritise this above all else because we because our reputation is built over time, earned every day, and provides lasting value for you, our stakeholders.

Within this report, you’ll find a wide range of examples of the work we have delivered across the last 12 months – in the areas local to our sites, at a national and international corporate level, and through our brands. Each example is accompanied by a logo that denotes which of our Citizenship areas it aligns to, demonstrating how our initiatives can speak to multiple priorities, and help to drive both growth and good in a holistic way.

But it’s one thing to build a business. It’s another to build an organisation. We are passionate about attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing the brightest and the best talent into P&G, so that we can continue to serve the people who buy our products each and every day. It is those people that make our organisation what it is, and we couldn’t be prouder of them all.
