Today, we have published our 2022 Northern Europe Citizenship Report. It includes a wide range of examples of how we’ve brought our Citizenship platform to life over the last 12 months – from our work to support local communities through national, brand and site charities; to our efforts to drive for a more equal and inclusive world across aspects of Equality & Inclusion (E&I) strategy; through to our continued efforts to ensure that our business and brands enable people to make choices that have a positive impact on the planet we share. All of these activities are underpinned by a responsible approach to business – that means doing the right thing, being a good corporate citizen, and operating in accordance with our Purpose, Values and Principles (PVPs).
The last 12 months have continued to prove challenging for individuals and businesses alike. But it is in these difficult times that we believe we have even more of a responsibility to step up and lead; to ensure we are a Force for Growth, so we can continue to be a Force for Good. We bring this to life in numerous ways – with our employees, through our brands, alongside our partners and in communities local to each of our sites across Northern Europe.
