Our History

For years we have put a spotlight on bias and inequality to spark dialogue that leads to understanding and action. And we’ve made equality a priority across our brands and our global operations. But that is not enough. More is needed. Now.

P&G and our brands are stepping up our ongoing efforts to advance equality for all people, and especially, right now, for Black Americans who face racism, bias, and brutality (read more here).

Every election matters. National elections receive the most attention; however, state and local elections affect almost every aspect of daily life including schools, transit, housing, and public safety. Many resources can help you register and learn more about voting.

P&G has established a fund with an initial contribution of $5 million to accelerate the work of organizations that fight for justice, advance economic opportunity, enable greater access to education and health care and make our communities more equitable.
