Global Diversity List: P&G Recognised Twice for our Commitment to Equality & Inclusion
We are delighted to announce that P&G has been named twice on the Global Diversity List 2020. The list features individuals and corporate network groups that remain committed to establishing a fair and equitable playing field for everyone, and recognises our continued commitment towards creating a company where equality and inclusion are achievable for all.
Chief Equality & Inclusion Officer and Executive Vice President of HR, Shelly McNamara, has been recognised as an HR Diversity Champion for her work to expand LGBTQ+ employee groups around the world, noting her status as a well-known leader and role model in D&I. From creating a culture where all employees feel able to bring their full, authentic selves to work, to leveraging our brands to bring visibility to the uniqueness of every individual – Shelly is leading truly transformative work at every level of our business.
The P&G People with Disabilities (PwD) Network was also recognised as a stand-out Disability Employee Network within the list – noting its role in enabling people with disabilities to network, perform better in the workplace, and feel more disability confident. We are extremely proud of the role the PwD Network plays throughout our business – bringing together employees from across the globe, and in local markets, to share their experiences and learn from one another.
