Engage.

Promoting racial justice begins with every one of us. The following are helpful resources to being better allies and better anti-racists by taking action in our everyday lives. Here are some ways to be a better ally in the workplace, like recognizing microaggressions and turning your empathy into action.

It is understandable to feel frustrated and angry when fighting for equality. Learn to channel those emotions into action or become an advocate for a reputable racial equity resource. Better yet, challenge yourself to a 21-Day Racial Equity Habit change to bring you one step closer to understanding power, privilege, and oppression.

And finally, choosing to implement these conversations into schools, organizations, and communities helps develop future leaders who are action-oriented and dedicated to social justice.
